Events and Gatherings

Share Your Plans

A few questions worth considering when choosing a countryside venue:

☐ Is this a destination-style setting where family or teams can stay together?
☐ Is the venue set in nature, yet easy to reach?
☐ Do the spaces adapt well to different ways of celebrating or gathering?
☐ Will the gathering feel comfortable, even if the weather changes?
☐ Does the venue feel thoughtful, without being showy?
☐ Can it all come together within a sensible budget?

If these feel aligned, here is how we host gatherings at Hiraya.

Gatherings at Hiraya are hosted in three ways, depending on how you wish to experience the estate.

Resort Exclusivity

For celebrations that benefit from privacy and uninterrupted time, we offer exclusive use of the resort. This option allows your group full access to accommodations, shared spaces, and event venues so time together flows naturally across the estate.

Venue-Only Use

Depending on the date and nature of your gathering, venue-only options may be available without resort accommodations. This choice is suitable for events where guests are coming from nearby or have separate arrangements.

Each option is offered on a limited basis so we can maintain a calm and well-held experience for all.
