The accommodations at Hiraya are designed as places to rest, gather, and return to between days spent outdoors. Each room and villa is shaped with intention — comfortable, lived-in, and connected to the rhythm of the estate and its shared spaces.
Rather than keeping guests indoors, our stays serve as home bases, inviting time spent across the grounds, pools, dining areas, and open spaces that make up the heart of Hiraya.
Announcement: From March 1, 2025 onward, stays at Hiraya follow a more self-paced rhythm. Breakfast will be prepared as picnic baskets to be enjoyed wherever the morning feels right—inside your room, by the pool, or at our picnic tables around the estate. Abong Restaurant welcomes guests for lunch service.
Lakan Villa Couple

The Lakan Family Villa is an
intentionally sized villa designed for families who want to spend their days outdoors and come together in between.
Set among Cadamba trees, the villa offers a comfortable place to rest and reset, with modern Filipino design and locally crafted furniture throughout. Rather than keeping everyone indoors, the layout encourages movement — from the villa to the grounds, the pool, and shared spaces around the estate.
The private lounge pool provides an easy place for children to play and for families to gather, while the surrounding greenery opens the stay outward, inviting time spent beyond the villa walls.

The White House Villa is a large, home-style villa designed for shared stays and group gatherings.
Spanning approximately 350 sqm, the villa has five bedrooms and open lounge and dining areas where people naturally come together. The layout is resort-style, with open-air common spaces that encourage conversation, shared meals, and time spent outdoors rather than enclosed indoor living.
As the first villa built on the estate, the White House Villa has a lived-in character. It is centrally located within Hiraya, making it well-suited for families and groups who plan to spend their time moving between shared spaces, activities, and gatherings around the grounds.
The White House Villa works best for guests who value space, togetherness, and ease over hotel-style finishes or full indoor climate control.

The Lakambini Family Room offers a comfortable, well-proportioned space for families or small groups of up to four.
While similar in layout to the Paraluman rooms, the Lakambini interiors lean more traditional, drawing from Filipino-Spanish influences.
Carved wooden headboards and carefully chosen antique chairs give second life to older pieces, adding character and warmth without excess.
Located on the ground floor with fewer steps, this room is the most accessible option on the property, making it suitable for senior guests and those who benefit from easier access.
Like the rest of Hiraya, it is designed as a place to rest between days spent outdoors, staying connected to the rhythm of the estate and its shared spaces.
