Tio Berto Filipino Grill is named after Don Alberto, the patriarch of Hiraya founders. A true patron of Filipino cuisine, Don Alberto mastered Filipino cooking techniques—from laga to ihaw, adobo to hilabos—made only with the finest ingredients from his humble backyard.
